Our Story


I’ve always loved Mexican food and having been raised in Colombia South America and then went on to build a house outside of Porta Viarta Mexico. After arriving in Nha Trang in 2010 I suddenly realized that my favorite food was going to hard to find here in VN.

So I went out to find Maza Harina so I could make a corn tortilla, not to be had here either. Then I remember the little tortilla factory in my little village in Mexico. They just dump the corn in one end and the tortillas came out on a little cooking conveyor.

This can’t be that hard, well here it is 2 ½ years later, boy I didn’t know what I was getting into. Along the way on this adventure I’ve made several trips to the U.S. to visit different tortilla factories and looked at all the different kinds of operations.

This resulted in the importing of a die cutting tortilla machine. The stone grinder used to make the maze was built here along with the cooking conveyor. This factory is all housed within one factory location in including the packaging process.
